What does the course cover?
Cloudtrainer's IATP approved asbestos awareness training course is designed to help employers and employees understand the risks associated with working alongside asbestos. The course aims to provide workers with the skills needed for a successful risk assessment and explains the different control measures that can be put in place.
This asbestos awareness training gives details on all the legal regulations and allows companies to comply with the Control of Asbestos 2012 regulations and the COSHH 2002 regulations. The course has been developed by a team of leading Asbestos Consultants who have worked closely with the HSE.

Many companies are now providing all of their staff with basic asbestos awareness training to minimise the risk to their people. An onscreen presenter takes you through the training step by step, it is fully animated with high quality graphics, interactive activities to practice your new skills and video.
The online assessment is spread throughout the training and taken on at the end of each learning section. Overall you will be asked 16 multiple choice questions with an overall pass mark of 80%. You will receive instant onscreen feedback on whether you've passed at the end of the training and an email will be sent to you with confirmation. If you don't pass don't worry! You can take the training once more with no extra charge.
It takes under an hour to complete the course in full and this can be spread out over multiple sessions or completed in a single session.
